Program Overview
The ECE/Educational Assistant Program is designed to train graduates to provide quality services for young children and their families, while also equipping them with the knowledge and skills to assist classroom teachers in inclusive educational settings. The program combines theory and practical applications for elementary and secondary age students in the K-12 school system.
Career Opportunities
Graduates are employed in child-care centres, day-care centres, kindergartens, agencies for exceptional children, and other settings where early childhood education services are provided.
