Our Career Counsellors can help you explore your career options, discover your career direction, and plan your education. Our Employment Consultants provide job search support by helping you learn new job search strategies, how to develop a strong resume, and cover letter, and how to succeed at interviews. Our special diploma programs in Hospitality , Farming Sector and Logistics & Transportation come with a field placement so that you can get the working experience you need to qualify for those opportunities.

When you enroll in these diploma program at Atlantic Business College, our Employment Counsellor will work with you throughout the program to prepare you for the employment process, as you set out to find and complete your field placement.

Our Employment Counsellors are there for you during your field placement and are available to answer any questions you may have. They will assist you with securing your host and will provide you with all of the necessary information for that host so that you may begin your placement. Once your field placement Orientation is complete, your Employment Counsellor will book a one-on-one meeting with you to discuss the documentation required, as well as your preferred employers. Your Employment Counsellor will meet with you soon after successfully completing your field placement to review the employer evaluation and discuss your future. A separate appointment will be made so that you and your Employment Counsellor may begin the process of finding you your dream job!
